Rebate Processing and Hurricane Katrina:

Due to the devastation from Hurricane Katrina, USPS and other delivery carriers have stopped accepting standard mailing addressed for delivery to parts of Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi.

The following is currently in place with Epson's rebate fulfillment vendors: Consumers' rebate claims received from the affected areas will be processed as usual, however, there will be no mailings until clearance has been received to resume mailing from USPS and other delivery carriers to the affected zip codes.

Rebate claims that are received from the affected areas will be processed as usual, however, rebate mailings will not take place until clearance is received.

Affected consumers can contact the fulfillment vendors directly to inquire status about their claims. If consumers wish to do so, they can request a redirect to a new address.

PictureMate Print Pack Satisfaction Guarantee Program:

Please note that the Post Office Box for the PictureMate Print Pack Satisfaction Guarantee program (P138-001) was inadvertently closed for a three week period during the month of September. If you have submitted a claim and received it back in error stating that the P.O. Box has been closed, please resubmit your claim and it will be processed.  Thank you.
