What are Epson Rewards?

Epson Rewards are just one more reason to shop direct at Epson. We offer significant savngs to our loyal customers by offering special discounts and promotions, which we simply refer to as Epson Rewards.

There are a few ways in which you can receive Epson Rewards. Registering your Epson product enables you to opt-in to receive special offers. Additionally, customers of the Epson Store are able to opt-in to receive Epson Rewards offers. You can also register to receive Epson Rewards offers here.

How do I redeem my Rewards certificate?

To redeem your Rewards certificate:

1. Log in to your account
2. Shop for products, add items to shopping cart
3. Proceed to checkout
   
   1. If you have a Rewards certificate, enter your Rewards certificate number in the "Enter Discount Code" box:
      
   2. Or, if a Rewards certificate has been assigned to your account, it will show up automatically. Select the reward by clicking on the circular 'radio button' next to the Reward name.
      
4. Click "Apply" and proceed with checkout

Restrictions may apply to how Rewards certificates may be used. If you receive an error message when applying your rewards certificate, please check any applicable restrictions. If you require additional assistance you may contact us.

How do I redeem my discount code?

To redeem your discount code:

1. Shop for products, add items to shopping cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Enter your discount code in the "Enter Discount Code" box:
   
4. Click "Apply" and proceed with checkout

Restrictions may apply to how discount codes may be used. If you receive an error message when applying your discount code, please check the restrictions on the discount code. If you require additional assistance you may contact us.

Epson Store Discount codes have the following restrictions:

• Codes are not stackable or combinable.
• Codes exclude taxes and shipping if applicable to a purchase.
• Codes have no commercial value and cannot be re-sold.
• Codes may only be usable by the person to whom the code is issued. Upon entering the code at the appropriate location in the shopping cart, the E-Store may prompt you to provide validation, such as the users' last name and zip code.
