During the standard limited warranty period, your Epson product is backed by Epson's premium level of service and support. Epson offers a variety of Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plans that will allow you to continue receiving Epson's high level of service and support after your normal warranty period has ended. Just purchase one of the eligible Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plans for your product and you'll continue to have access to Epson's high level of service and support, including access to our repair, whole-unit exchange or on-site service plans.
Below are brief summaries of the plans offered. For details on any plan you desire, refer to the particular plan description, and be sure to read the plan's terms and condition (available on this site) before you buy.

|Repair Plans||These plans offer repair for your product at an Epson authorized repair facility during the selected contract period.|
|Exchange Plans||These plans offer an exchange for your product during the selected contact period.|
|Exchange/Repair Plans||These plans offer exchange or repair for your product during the selected contact period. These plans may be limited to 3 exchanges.|
|Onsite Repair Plans||These plans offer onsite repair for your product by an Epson authorized repair technician during the selected contract period.|
Premium Service and SupportThe Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plan provides the following benefits:
- Continued coverage, with the premium level of service and support you have enjoyed from the standard limited warranty
- You can choose 1 or 2 year(s) of additional coverage
- You can purchase Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plans for new or refurbished Epson products
To obtain service on your Epson product, simply call the toll-free number listed on your Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plan booklet. Epson trained support personnel will assist you with troubleshooting the problem and, if necessary, will arrange for service of your product.
The Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plan is available for one or two-year terms. Service may be renewable and for further details refer to the available plans for your product.
