Epson America's Executive Management Team
President and Chief Executive Officer
John Lang oversees sales and marketing, distribution, product development and business strategy for Epson America. He is responsible for driving Epson's leadership in the digital imaging marketplace and overseeing continued growth and innovation across all product categories. Mr. Lang joined Epson in 1987 as vice president of finance and chief financial officer, and became president and chief executive officer in 2002.
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Keith Kratzberg is responsible for driving innovation and market leadership across Epson's product range of consumer and commercial imaging products, 3LCD projectors and point-of-service solutions. He is accountable for partnerships and revenue growth in retail, online, SMB and business channels. Since joining Epson in 1995, Mr. Kratzberg has held increasingly responsible positions in product development, marketing, sales, strategy and general management. He received his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and his bachelor's degree in Applied Mechanics from the University of California, San Diego.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Andrea Zoeckler is responsible for all finance and accounting functions, sales operations and support services, human resources, strategy, and standards and controls for Epson's North and Latin American businesses. She began her career with Epson in 1994 as manager of financial planning. Ms. Zoeckler is a certified public accountant in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President, Latin America and Regional Director, Mexico
Alberto Arredondo began his career with Epson in 2009. Today, he is responsible for leading Latin Region partner initiatives aimed at strengthening and improving partner training, partner sales, and partner access to Epson products information. He received his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, Mexico City.
Vice President, Legal Affairs and General Counsel
Judith Bain founded the Epson America Legal Affairs Department in 1986. As general counsel, Ms. Bain oversees legal issues arising from the development, marketing, sales, and support of Epson products in a rapidly changing and multinational business environment. She earned a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Vice President, Latin Subsidiary Sales and Operations
Agustin Chacon has been with Epson since 1990. In his role, he provides strategic direction for the Epson organization and business in Latin America, overseeing its expansion in all product areas, channels and government needs. His territory includes eight Epson subsidiaries and three sales offices covering 17 countries and the Caribbean islands. Mr. Chacon earned a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada, and his MBA from the Institute for Advanced Studies in Administration (IESA), Venezuela. Mr. Chacon also earned a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Simon Bolivar University, Venezuela.
Vice President, Engineering and QA
Tadaaki Hagata joined SEC in Japan in April 1983 and has worked for the company without interruption since that time. Mr. Hagata has a master's degree in Textile Science from Shinshu University in Ueda City, Japan.
Vice President, Human Resources
Michele Hoff joined Epson in 1997. She provides strategic direction and oversees all aspects of Human Resources for Epson in North and Latin America. She received her master's degree in Organizational Psychology from California State University, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Vice President, North America Consumer Sales and Marketing
Mike Isgrig oversees all aspects of Epson's Consumer Division and has responsibility for Epson Canada Limited's products, marketing and sales personnel. Mr. Isgrig has been with Epson for 12 years and brings more than 25 years of marketing and sales experience in technology, consumer packaged goods and several wireless start-up ventures. Mr. Isgrig has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University and his MBA from the University of Michigan.
Vice President, North America Commercial Marketing and New Business Development
Rajeev Mishra joined Epson in 1998 and currently oversees product management and marketing for Epson's projector, point of sale, color label, and wearables categories. In addition, he manages the commercial channel marketing and sales enablement team. Rajeev received his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Vice President and Company Secretary
As the executive adviser and liaison between Epson America and Seiko Epson since 2007, Tetsuya Mizuno provides advice and instructions to Epson America's executive team. In addition, he serves as vice president and chief financial officer of Epson's US offices and oversees the Factory Automation Division. Mr. Mizuno joined Seiko Epson Corporation's finance department in 1987. In 1992, he became corporate manager, Administration and Finance, of Epson UK Ltd. He returned to Seiko Epson Corporation in 1998 after fulfilling his assignment in Europe. Mr. Mizuno earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Commerce from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.

Vice President, Commercial Sales
Tom Versfelt is responsible for overseeing Epson's North American commercial sales teams to realize the growing opportunities of our expanding product lines. His team develops go-to-market and cross-selling strategies to expand Epson's penetration of the corporate market with business printing, scanning and future products. Mr. Versfelt joined Epson in 2014 and brings 25 years of innovative Sales and Operational leadership in the areas of networking, systems and collaboration software. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of San Francisco.
