Remove the 8.5" X 11" paper from your tray and put your envelopes back side up in to right side of the tray and slide to the bottom. Snug the gray paper guides up to the envelopes moving the side guide from the left to the envelope and the top guide down to the envelope. Slide the tray back in and use your word processing program to change the paper size to the size of your envelope to type your addresses.

For creating an envelope, this would be in your application itself and not the printer instructions. Normally most programs will have an envelope wizard or other easy to use envelope utility. If the lines are visible with photo's or colored backgrounds but works with plain text, the issue is usually the print quality setting is too low. If using a computer, when doing a file-print, be sure to set the correct paper type and image quality. The default is plain paper and text. Printing photo's with these settings will definately cause the lines.

With a new router, you would need install the driver selecting a first time install. After that is done with one computer, then go to each additional computer and run the install selecting the 'add a computer' option.
Since the router is the 'brain' of a network, all computers and devices will have a new address and setting. This is why the wireless network name and password are needed for each wireless computer and other devices.

Try either cleaning the metal contacts or do what I did the first time mine did it to me. Unplugged it for a while and plugged it back in. See if that works

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, normally this type of issue is resolved through tech support. With this symptom, it is usually 1 defective ink cartridge or the printer itself needs repair. I have a relatively new (2 months) Artisan 837. I have been getting great color prints (always using original Epson paper) out of it. However, the last couple of days I have been printing some 8x10 photos on Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy, Borderless and am getting a bluish tinge at the top and bottom of each photograph.
Am I doing something wrong? I am using Lightroom 4.3 to print and have selected the proper paper and am having Lightroom do the color management (not the printer.)
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Usually if it is a color management issue, the entire print will have the same tint and not only one or two edges.
From your description, the printer may be either missing nozzles, or out of alignment. Running the Nozzle check and alignment from the driver would be recommended. This is most noticable at the top and bottom where the paper stops moving while printing.

I had a black ink tank run completely dry. The black ink line from the tank to the print head is dry while the rest are flush with ink. I've put a new tank in and run several head cleaning cycles and it hasn't drawn any ink from the tank. I've also tried making about 40-50 copies of an all-black sheet of paper in hopes that all the printing would draw ink from the tank, but that didn't work either. Can the printer be reset back to the original condition that will cause it to prime or recharge all of the ink lines the way it did the very first time I used it? Or is there a utility I can use to force it to go through this procedure again?

Definitely the inks are in the correct way. If not, the printer would give a message that shows the inks are not installed.
If the unit also prints blank even when making a copy, this would show a hardware problem with the printer itself. Epson support would be needed while within the warranty period at 562-276-4382.
