For this type of function, a computer would be needed. The printer does not have enough memory or processing power to scan and save all pages, and then print in order multiple copies. You would need to scan the document to a computer first, then choose the collate page setting in the driver. You would also be able to douple side print along with collate by using a computer.

The WF-845 Fax should have been installed during initial install using your CD or to the combo driver. Once this is installed, you would use the File-Print method in your program and choose the WF-845 FAX as the printer.

With any inkjet printer, it is designed to load one sheet of paper, print and then eject the paper. If there are multiple checks on one page, this is what the printer will normally do. You may want to tear off the check and enter the check size as the page size. Please see your software application help or user manual for instructions printing one check only with multiple checks on a page in an inkjet printer.

When I scan photos the printer is only allowing me to scan at 300 dpi, is it capabile of scanning at a higher resolution? If so, how do switch it to scan at the higher resolution.

This is done in Epson Scan at the main window. If in Home Mode, you can click to the OTHER box instead of printer. This should allow more dpi settings. Also changing to a different mode such as Office Mode, should also give more options.

There is no setting on the printer that will allow or deny AirPrint from working. As per the Apple troubleshooting, make sure both printer and iPhone/iPad are on the same wireless network.
You may want to run Download Navigator from your computer to verify the printer has the newest firmware. Also restart both printer and iPhone to verify the router has not dropped either device from your network.

We do offer free tech support for the life of the product. Often we have users with much older models out of warranty that call in or email asking for support to help install on their newer computer.
For most of our products, the tech support number for your model is in the reference guide that should be installed on your computer at the initial setup. This would be in the chapter titled "Where to Get Help".
If you do a general search on the internet for help, you likely came up with several technical support companies that charge for their services. These companies are not related to Epson and usually will ask for a credit card or some type of payment. If there is a warranty issue and the printer needs service or replacement, they would likely refer you to Epson.

This fax speed is limited to the phone line itself. At only 33.6k baud rate, and color faxing has a very large amount of data, this can be very slow depending on what is sent. It is a limit of all faxes.
Increasing memory will not speed up the printer. The printer waits until the fax is complete and then begins printing all at once.
This would be the same method as increasing memory would not speed up the printer or scanner if using a computer also.

Printer was working fine & suddenly started jamming. Jams are at paper cassette, under scanner and at the duplexer in back. Have cleared multiple jams in each location. Sometimes when I attempt to print out a document the printer will act like it's printing and then shoot out a blank sheet and then a second sheet jams. Also, have switched out the paper. Still doesn't work. Is there anything more I can try myself?
