With this type of issue, and the stylus works, please contact Epson support directly at the private line number that should be on a sticker on the projector itself. A rep would be able to assist as this may be a hardware issue with the projector.

Can you use interactivity in both front and rear projection setup?

I would like to install the projection using a dual projection surface, with rear projection as the primary writing surface. Will the pens work on the "back side" of the screen?

You can do rear projection, however the screen would need to be transparent and the interactive pens would not work. Front projection is needed for the pens to work.

Can the interactive portion of the projector operate with fingertip tracking instead of using the included pen?

I would like the ability to interact with the projected image without being required to use the included pens. Is this possible?

How can pixie plus access LAN mode?

I have this projector and am using it with the pixie plus. By default, the pixie does not access the LAN mode. Is there an easy way to make it do so via the rs-232, or only with IR functionality?

If this is the Palm Pixi Plus, you would need to contact Palm directly for what type of external video they support. For the Epson side please call the tech support number on the label that is on your projector. They can assist with adapters or whatever type of connection needed.
