Epson Stylus Photo R2000 Inkjet Printer
This is my second Epson printer. It prints photos excellent. Although I have not been using is long enough to find out if the photos don't fade in over 100 years. I will let you know later. I have found out it uses less ink then my 1800. Which I was very happy with. In conclusion, I would recomend this printer and probably any Epson product to be purchased.
Thank you for your time.

Epson Stylus Photo R2000
I like how crisp and clear all my pictures have been. My other printer made them look clear but there was always a foggy look to them.
The only thought I have is how expensive the cartridges are and how often I will have to replace them. I am still using the cartridges that came with the printer. I ordered new ones and have them ready to install when needed. I know some of you are probably answering "well, it all depends how many pictures you print". This is true, I print a lot of pictures and of course, the thought enters my mind, I wonder how expensive it will be to use my new printer in light of how often I print a new bird or butterfly picture. So far, I love it!

Epson Stylus Photo2000
I've owned only Epson printers because of the clarity and color of photographs. I'm a freelance photographer and I use 3 different printers...each has it's own specialty. I assure you that Epson printers are way above anything on the market. The pricing is also very reasonable when compared to other brands. This is my second Stylus Photo R2000 and I find it user friendly and it gives the best print outs. I like the fact that the ink cartridges are oversized and last a long time saving time and expense in reorders. The one drawback is stores don't carry the ink and I have to order from Epson.com. But it's usually free shipping and I get them within 3-4 days. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone who cares about quality photographs. It's money well spent!

I have had numerous Epson photo printers. All of them have been good, but they have gotten much better with the newest ones. I had a 2200, R1800, and now this R2000. I had the R1800 for almost 10 years , including 2 years it sat unused during a divorce. I mention this because it worked well inspite of that, and now just started to show clogged print heads.
I have not had the R2000 very long. The prints look great. They are instantly dry enough to handle. The software inter-phase is acceptable. It takes some learning.

I had Stylus Photo RX700 for over 8 years and loved everything about it. I had to replace a ink cartridge and after it charged it stated parts have expired to see dealer. I was heart broken.
I have always wanted a printer that would print 12X12 so I went searching. Thank you all out there that took the time to make a comment good or bad about the printers. It helped me pick the printer for me. I do scrapbooking and need the 12x12. I have only had the R2000 for a short time but I must say So far So So good. Love even the look of the test page..LOL.
Thanks again to all out there and Espon for making a great printer.

I purchased the R2000 because my R1900 finally died...I would have easily gone for another R1900 - it was a decent printer. I finally decided on the R2000 because it had the same inkset/colors as the R1900 - I didn't like the idea of re-profiling everything! Also the wireless mode was very attractive.
When I set the printer up I did notice some very minor omissions from the quick setup instructions, but set-up went mostly well - except for the wireless set-up...they need to be "Much Clearer" on setting up for WiFi than they are in the instructions!
WiFi was for nothing though - the printer would stop in the middle of a print and after a long wait, would finally kick the sheet out unfinished...it was losing it's signal from my router...when it didn't lose the signal it was extremely slow 4-500% longer printing times than with USB.
So I gave up on the wireless and plugged it in and am using it just as I did the R1900...prints fine - no surprises there. Its brand new so that's all I can say about it at this point.

Best Printer I highly recommend it
Hi for more than 30 years we've using Epson printers like the c82, c84, 1440, 1800, 1280....
This is the best printer I have bought. All the options the technology put in this printer is amazing. The pigment printing I can do in this printer totally beats the older printers.

I have too much to say. There is only one word could express my feeling of the printer: wonderful!

Great finished product
The print quality is excellent. I thought my Photo2200 was good at producing excellent photo prints, but the R2000 is even better.
However, something happened with print software for my 64 bit Win 7 computer and I have a great deal of difficulty keeping the print setting from one print to another. The print size is the most troubling.
Setting the R2000 as the default printer helps some but creates issues for network printing.

Epson Photo Stylus R2000
This printer is fabulous! Easy setup and I love the wi-fi option. My prints are stunning both in color and B&W. The printer is surprisingly quiet. Ink usage seems pretty good, although it does use a lot of gloss optimiser, so keep an extra on hand. If you're looking for a color printer... look no further.
