New addition to long line of great printers
Having worn out my previous Epson after much use I decided to purchase the WF-7520. It appears to be as I had hoped. The over sized paper and duplex printing is great for many home projects. Photos look great also. This is my 6th Epson.

Difficult install
1 hour and still no printing. Many errors during install. Will have to call tech support.

works for me
So I don't know what some of you did, I got this home and while the drivers were downloading I set up the printer and added it to my wireless network. I then installed the drivers and after about 10 minute I was printing with no problems. The feature set of this printer is adequate for my needs. Print quality is above par. I have had no issues yet. A lot of the reviews complain that this printer uses too much ink, I ask have you ever printed large format on a 4 color inkjet, they all go through a lot of ink, so I have no problem with how much ink this printer uses. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

WORKFORCE 7520
I have not bought a Epson printer in 20 years, saw the workforce and bought it.
Setup was ok did a USB connection and it would not find the printer and took a couple of tries . I find this all in one NOT very user friendly, 1st the auto select of the paper tray does not work, I print a lot of 11X17 that comes from tray 2 and have to go in and select tray 2 and yes this is done after I have already selected the paper size. problem 2 If I make a copy of a 11 x17 it will only come out on a 8.5 X11 I still have not got by this issue even going in to the menu and selecting the paper size (auto select not working) . I think if Epson fixed these issues this would be a spot on device

WF-7520 all in one
Setup is easy. Easy to connect to network. Easy to add the networked printer to wireless computers. Control panel is easy to understand. Two paper trays. Machine is heavy and doesn’t move when the trays are being pushed in. Color printing. Text printing is fast and of excellent quality. Photos are wonderful. Text scanning is fast. Two sided printing. Prints on card stock. All in one. Feeder tray for inputting up to 30 sheets.
Big. Heavy (when you have to move it). Scanning big photos takes time. You will eventually pay more for the ink than you paid for the printer.
I am very happy with this printer; I am happy with Epson. I have owned several Epson printers; they were all well made and high quality. I upgraded to the WF-7520 from a WF-630 that was wearing out. Epson has made significant improvements in their inkjet technology over the years, so that the cartridges last longer.

Wow!
I'm a techie and have found the printer of my dreams! Right out of the box the first print was crisp and the gradients were as smooth as butter. This is a fantastic printer and without question, the best in its class.
I've tried printing from my phone, tablet and through Epson Connect. All worked flawlessly. I even scanned to email and PDF directly from the printer panel. Also, flawless.
The 2 paper trays are a huge plus. I keep plain, bright white paper in one and higher quality, Epson Presentation Paper in the other.
Thanks Epson!

12 x 12 Printing
My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift. I LOVE IT....but...imagine my dissappointment when I discovered that it will not print BORDERLESS 12 X 12 size paper....I use the 12 x 12 size paper a great deal and was really looking forward to the ability to print borderless 12 x 12 prints. It would really be GREAT if Epson can do an update to where it would indeed print borderless 12 x 12 size paper. Thanks in advance!

Printer of my dreams!
This is a wonderful printer. I write arrangements for jazz groups, and for years I have dreamed about being able to print my 2-page charts as 2-up 9X12 on 12X18 paper instead of letter-size sheets taped together. The WF-7520 fills the bill perfectly. It was easy to set up on my iMac, and after experimenting with my music software (Finale) print settings, my dreams came true. I found that the large paper must be placed in Tray #1, since its paper size list is largest. I have ordered a 2nd Tray #1, to be used for 9X12 paper in cases where the arrangement takes 1 or 3 pages instead of 2.

No booklet printing
This printer is great in many ways -- but if you want to do booklet printing of any sort -- don't buy it!!!
I bought it specifically to print 9x12 music in booklet form on 12x18 paper. It will not do it! I spent over 4 hours on the phone with the "experts" who couldn't figure out why. I click "2-sided printings" and "settings" and "booklet" but the option of a "center binding" is grayed-out. I was finally told that the problem was that I needed a 7520 instead of a 7510. So I got that one -- still doesn't work! And it doesn't work on 11x17 paper either, which is the standard for booklet printing. In fact, the only booklet printing you can do with a center binding is on 8 1/2x11 paper (or A4) -- and how often do you want a booklet that's 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches? This a terrible design flaw. Almost all other printers have booklet capability. It would be a fairly simple thing to program in and issue a new driver, but no one seemed willing to do that.

Great Printer- With A Lot of Work
I was in need of a large format printer for my documentation business. After a lot of research and the recommendation of the sales person, I selected the WF-7520 as it had everything I was looking for in a large format printer.
Here’s what I found: Out of the box the output quality of this printer was sub-standard. Severe banding and poor overall text quality was the best it could do. My experience with previous Epson printers suggested that this unit was either defective or the print head needed to be aligned and cleaned.
Rather surprising as this unit was new and the box was factory sealed. Searching for a fix to this problem, I noted there was a firmware update for this printer on Epson's website, so I downloaded it and flashed the printer with the new firmware. The results were better, but still well short of my expectations for a business class product like this. Next, I performed a print head alignment via Epson's software interface. This routine took a number of attempts before I could print a test page without banding.
My printouts were much improved, but I still had lines through solid color areas of my documents. I was about ready to return this unit to my local office supply store where I purchased it as the output was still not what I needed for my business.
As a last resort, I ran the nozzle check and found that some of the ink nozzles were clogged. I had to run the print head cleaning routine a number of times to clear up the issue, but after doing so the output of the printer went from barely acceptable to, quite frankly, the best I have ever seen from an inkjet printer. Blacks are solid and even, solid colors are very well rendered and blended shades look as good as I have ever seen from professional print shops.
Bottom line, to get the most out of this printer, you have to spend some time setting up properly for best results. It's easy to do via Epson's excellent software interface and you will be rewarded with simply outstanding print results!
Highly Recommended!
