WF 3520
This is by far the easiest to set up. I hope the wireless option works well on all our equipment. We will see how this printer works out.

First Look
This printer is all that I expect from the years of buying Epson printers, the ease of setup, quality of the product are always the best and with the software that comes with Epson printers it makes it a joy to use and maintain.

Epson WF-3520
Very easy to setup and configure for wireless networking. Love how quiet this machine is compared to my old (different brand) was. Has all the features I was looking for and then some.

The good, bad, and ugly~ WF-3520
Good with normal paper full size, fast and clean.
Bad printing from card stock its rear feed is single sheet and very particular, jams quite often.
Ugly with 4x6 photo paper jams 99% of the time.
I will be buying something else for most of my work.

Fast and flexible
After years of sticking with another popular brand, I gave this one a try after my old all-in-one printer stopped working. It always drove me nuts that my old printer would take forever, moving the ink cartridges back and forth, spinning the paper feeders, hemming and hawing for 30-60 seconds, before it started simply printing! I haven't tested all of the features of my new EPSON, but I can say it is very fast, the scanning and copying work well, it has lots of features including support for AirPrint, setup was a breeze, print quality is fine, and it JUST WORKS for my small business.

Rear Paper Feeder - no instructions, no function.
I've read the Quick Guide and there is no mention of the rear paper feeder. I cannot get it to operate. As one other reviewer so aptly stated: "Still trying to figure out how to use rear mounted paper feed for items like envelopes and pre-printed business forms, like checks, etc:
PLEASE send instructions to my e-mail address (entered above).
I have given this printer a 3-star rating, only because one of its features is not documented and fails to operate: the rear paper feed.

Don't Thnk Twice-BUY AN EPSON!
I have an older version of the WorkForce at home and my kids love it. My <two letter company name> MFP died at work and I had the chance to buy whatever I needed. My office was dusty & dirty.
The WF-3520 does a great job. The Epson prints MUCH faster than the <two letter company> MFP.
I can buy individual colors of ink rather than wasting a lot when you toss the cartridge with all the colors in one (and you do use each color at different rates!). Also, this Epson allows you to buy the high-yield ink tanks--quite a cost saver, which I don't think Epson promotes enough!
WiFi set-up? NOT a problem. It was easy to do, just like my older version was at home. I never have had a problem. Plus I can print right from my iPhone!
And the price is great. All around great deal. I have recommended them to several people--and to other customers in Staples & Office Depot!
BTW, I used to work for another printer company, so I am not an Epson employee.

Epson wf 3520 Fax Problems
Have been using the 3520 for several months and overall I like the product but it has a serious problem with its fax automatic pick-up function. Check PC magazine reviews for similar complaints. The machine will start to pick up a fax in the middle of a phone conversation. I have changed the distinctive ring several times with the same problem. If you need this machine to pick up a fax automatically don't buy it until Epson acknowledges the problem and has a software/firmware update.
