Very nice printer.
The one thing I would like in a printer is that most or all of the power outlets, ie
phone line in and out USB, Ethernet, be on the side of the printer so that I don't have to pull the printer away from the wall to make hookups!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Smallbusiness Hard working printer for business
Using this printer for my small business printing, copying and scanning. All of it. It is a workhorse. Changing ink is easy, maintenance easy. Rarely jams, but opening to find paper is a snap. Well designed. Cheap paper that jams in other printers slides through this one with no problems.
Some of the software could be tuned up. Can't just load a sheet of paper and hit 'go'. Need to scroll through the menu for everything. That's poor, but it gets to be automatic if you use it often. Earlier reviewer grumbling about its awkwardness with odd paper sizes and types is entirely accurate, but for business use, 99% of the time using 8-1/2 x 11, this makes no difference. If you want an artsy custom printer, buy something else.
Can set up wirelessly so multiple users can print from their desks. Or, plug in and go, worked without needing to load programs or CD. Plug and play. Loved that. Some computers with Windows 10 did not have full compatibility without loading CD (could print, but only in color and not black and white). Loading full program from CD takes care of that.
Scanning feature lets you choose the quality you need, 9 different dpi choices. As the dpi determines the file size of the scanned document, nice to be able to turn it down to make a scanned document that can be emailed.
Best features: business workhorse for the cost of a home printer. Good speed, quality.
Worst features: must go through menu for everything, Epson ink is never on sale or included in discounts at Staples stores where I shop.

I am excited by the prospects of expanding the capabilities of my Design/Build Firm. We are hoping that the WorkForce WF-7610 will deliver on the specifications.
This will allow us to develop construction projects from Concept to Completion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by D Good printer with some stupid functions
The print quality is fine. I bought it because it was an all-in-one wide format printer. That part is good. I print greeting cards frequently and in quantity. You have to trick this printer to even print on card stock. It does not have that option. Thus the stupid part. Every time you change the type of paper in the paper cassette, you must not only change it on the print menu (fine) but you must change the default setting for the paper cassette (idiotic). It has a rear paper tray and some papers you cannot even feed through the rear paper tray which makes no sense whatsoever. If you are allowed to print the paper from the rear tray, you can only print 1 page - what???? I almost returned it because of the awkwardness of use. I am still thinking of doing so. It seems that these days any time a product takes one step forward, it takes 3 steps back. Why is that? Are they really incapable of seeing when a feature is time consuming or unwieldy for the user? It is too bad because these negative features far outweigh the good ones. A printer should be a joy to use not a frustration.

Rated 3 out of 5 by StevenR Good Price, ok quality
The printer had a good price but the print quality is substandard. I am not sure I would make this purchased again, however, if you are needing an ok printer it should work. Just don't be too picky about quality.

Purchased the WF-7610 from Epson.ca and it arrived today. One of the easiest setups I have encountered and almost as easy as Plug-N-Play hardware. Love the wireless connection to my router. Super fast and great copies.
