Rated 3 out of 5 by Clayborn Great Printer with an Annoying Flaw
Basically with any EPSON Printer, it prints well, you can connect to them wirelessly and it works like a charm. My only issue with them is ink. You cannot print if the ink is low. Nothing. You can't print in color if there is no black ink, and you can't print in black unless all the color inks are filled (even if you're not even printing in color). Also, they print pages perfectly and then the error shows up, "You need to replace your ink cartridge." Well, clearly I don't because the paper is printing just fine. Also, when I take the cartridge out, why is ink dripping all over my arm if it's "empty." Why don't you let us dictate when to replace the ink cartridge instead of ripping us off by trying to sell us more ink?
It wouldn't be that big of a deal but the ink doesn't last very long at all. Like I said, it's an annoyance rather than a functional issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by nikas I don't give any stars!
I bought XP-850 Epson Claria, three years ago.I can not give even one star, because Epson has to compensate not only for the material damage, but also moral. Print quality is more than bad. If we consider the price is not acceptable at all. On printing always lines. After cleaning ( which I can do always) can print the bad quality, but at least no defects. In cartridges... I spent a fortune !!! In 3 years of suffering! I had to throw in the trash immediately, but always thought that something has to be adjusted ... I was betrayed by the recommendations of Brand, but I had to trust my own experience and happily return on it.
Now I choosed the best printer and certainly will not do the return to Epson, that should take care of most of its products, before putting the higher price!
I must warn you not to buy this product! Lose money, time and tranquility!

The printer is great, but, it sends an extra blank page when I print. I tried to email Epson, but there is NO way to send the email. (?)
I need the disk printing ability and it is great.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting the printer going. Instructions were clear and in the right sequence. I was up using the printer quickly. It is a great size and prints nicely in color and b/w. I would rate it 4.5 stars but that was not an option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by gwyn Wonderful Company!!!!
I had written a negative review about the 310 XP all in one because the black had stopped printing after 2 months but I had not contacted the company yet...Well I don't know how to revise that review so I thought I would tell others about the GREAT service I got from Epson ,,,, they have made me a customer for life! I called their support line and the lady was very nice even though I was ranting and raving...we went through all the steps I had done to check the nozzle and then she told me that it was a hardware problem and they were sending me a brand new computer and I don't even have to go through the trouble of sending back the broken one. She said it would be here in 2-5 business days...this was the easiest problem solving I have ever had with any company..EPSON...YOU ROCK!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mark XP-850 Review
After several weeks of use, I am very pleased. I researched broadly before purchse, and decided the XP-850 was the correct price over performance selection for my home use. The installation process (network - not wi-fi) was very straightforward and without problems. The quality of the product is much better than other Epson printers I owned in the past, and to this point, printing performance has been quite good.

Paper trays are hard to open in a dim lit room, manual feed of the cd rom printer has to be lined up just right. The Artisan had a auto feed for cd printing. Ink cartages have been shrunk. Print quality is good. I am going to have my Artisan 810 repaired and replace it from the XP-850

Rated 1 out of 5 Dead in less than 1 week
I printed 2 pages and 1 DVD then the printer was in standby for a few days. When I tried to use it again it was unresponsive. I unplugged the power cord for several minutes and now it won't even power on. There's not power button light at all.

I brought this printer to replace one that just went out on me. I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The printer was easy to install and prints wirelessly from all of my devices. (computer, tablet and mobile phone). I love this.
