An Epson Authorized Servicer is available to assist you with repairs. Repair service is easy – carry your Epson product, along with proof of the date of original purchase to the nearest servicer in your area. Epson's nationwide base of Authorized Servicers are conveniently located to assist you with your repair needs. Your System Device product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. While under warranty, all replacement parts and labor are provided without charge.
An Epson Authorized Servicer can provide you with diagnostic service and assistance. Our Authorized Servicers can provide you with options to minimize expenses and provide you with the high quality service you've come to expect from Epson.
It's imperative to use only Epson-tested media, in order to prolong the life of the print head in your Epson thermal printer. Epson's comprehensive ExpressCare program gives you the widest selection of service options available, so you can pick the most cost effective way to keep your equipment up and running. No matter what options you select, you'll get fast service and quick resolution from highly skilled technicians.
Fast Turn Depot®
Epson's industry-leading whole unit repair and return process is designed for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty Epson POS products. All components are tested upon receipt and necessary service and repair is performed by Epson's depot repair group. To ensure the least disruption of service, products are typically returned in just 2-3 days.
This program offers economically-priced extended warranties, providing products with multi-year limited warranty coverage. Covered repairs are performed free of charge, including parts and labor. Coverage is available for all current Epson POS products.ExtendedCare Brochure

Authorized Service Provider Program
Epson's base of nationwide authorized service providers - Epson Customer Care Centers (ECCCs) - are available to offer timely and cost-effective support solutions for Epson POS products. In-warranty, out-of-warranty product support, equipment diagnostics and spare parts are available by contacting the nearest ECCC in your area.

Becoming a Service Provider
Strategic Developer Partners have the option to become ECCCs. The ECCC program offers two advantages: it maximizes the profit potential of your Service Department and builds long-term relationships with your customers. If you're interested in becoming authorized as a service provider, you must meet certain requirements with Epson.
