Follow the instructions below to install the Windows 7 printer and scanner drivers.
Note: Windows 7 drivers are not available for the EPSON Stylus CX1500, Epson Stylus Scan 2000, EPSON Stylus Scan 2500, or the Epson Stylus Scan 2500 Pro.
- Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
- Click
 and select Devices and Printers.
- Select Add a printer.
- Select Add a local printer or Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.
- Choose your printer port.
- Click Windows Update and wait for the printer list to update. The update may take a few minutes.
- Select EPSON as the Manufacturer, then scroll through the list of Printers and select your product. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the printer driver installation.
- Do one of the following:
- If your product is the Epson 1000 ICS you're done, the scanner driver should already be installed.
- Click the link below for your product, then download the TWAIN Driver and EPSON Scan Utility software. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Note: Your product may also have an available scanner driver that is built into Windows 7 known as WIA. The WIA driver has limited functionality compared to EPSON Scan.
