Q:
The message Not Supported is displayed. What’s wrong?
A:
Try the following:
  • Make sure your computer’s resolution doesn’t exceed UXGA (1600 1200) and the frequency or refresh rate is supported by the projector. See Compatible Video Formats. If necessary, change your computer’s resolution setting.

  • Make sure the correct input signal is selected in the Signal menu. It should normally be set to Auto, unless you are using a 60-Hz PAL system (select PAL60). See Adjusting Signal Settings.
