Q:
I am unable to scan multiple images at one time. What should I do?
A:
Try the following:
  • Position photos at least .8 inch (20 mm) apart from each other on the document table.


  • If the optional ADF is installed, you need to create a marquee for each photo on the document table. Create a marquee for each photo, click All in the Preview window, then click Scan. See Previewing and Adjusting the Scan Area.
