Q:
What should I do if the CD/DVD won't feed correctly or is ejected?
A:
Check the following:

  • Make sure you insert the CD/DVD tray correctly. See Loading a CD or DVD.


  • If the CD/DVD tray won't load or jams in the printer, gently pull out the CD/DVD tray and press the paper button, if it is flashing. Then reload the tray, making sure the CD/DVD tray is inserted correctly in the tray guides.


  • Make sure the surface of the CD/DVD you are printing on is blank and clean. A CD/DVD with images or text already on the surface area may not load correctly.
