ColorSync and Epson Color Controls are grayed out in the Mac OS X 10.5 or 10.6 printer driver when I try to print from Adobe Photoshop CS5. How do I enable these settings?
A:
ColorSync and Epson Color Controls will be grayed out if the Color Handling setting in Adobe Photoshop CS5 is set to Photoshop Manages Color or No Color Adjustment. Follow these steps to adjust this setting in Photoshop CS5:
  1. Open an image in Adobe Photoshop CS5.


  2. Open the File menu and select Print.


  3. Make sure the Stylus Photo R2880 is selected as the printer.


  4. Select Printer Manages Color for the Color Handling setting.


  5. Click Print Settings. A Print window appears.


  6. Select Color Matching from the print options pop-up menu.


  7. ColorSync and Epson Color Controls should be available settings now.
