Q:
The image is too light or dark, or colors are incorrect. What should I do?
A:
Try the following:

  • To illuminate your document, press the lamp button on the side of the camera head.


  • Use the Brightness button on the control panel to increase or decrease image brightness.


  • Make sure the White Balance setting is set to Auto to adjust the color automatically. See Adjustments Using the On-screen Menu. If the color is still not correct, choose the setting for the type of lighting you’re presenting under (Fluorescent or Incandescent).
