What are the system requirements for using the Epson Stylus NX100 Series with my computer?
A:
See the requirements below for your computer system:

Windows
  • A Microsoft Windows compatible PC with an 800 MHz or faster processor recommended


  • Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, or Windows Vista


  • 256MB RAM for Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows XP Professional x64 Edition (512MB recommended)


    • 1GB RAM for Windows Vista

  • 450MB free hard disk space (550MB recommended)


  • 4x or faster CD-ROM drive for installing the software


  • A Windows-compliant USB port and shielded USB “AB” cable up to 6.5 feet (2 meters) long. Using an improperly shielded USB cable may cause the Epson Stylus to malfunction.

Macintosh
  • An Apple Macintosh


  • Mac OS X 10.3.9, 10.4.11, or 10.5.x


  • 256MB RAM (512MB recommended)


  • 450MB free hard disk space (550MB recommended)


  • 4x or faster CD-ROM drive for installing the software


  • A USB port and a shielded USB “AB” cable up to 6.5 feet (2 meters) long. Using an improperly shielded USB cable may cause the Epson Stylus to malfunction.
