Q: |
Printing seems slow. I'm using a wireless connection (router or access point). What should I do? |
A: |
Check the following: - Try moving the computer and printer closer to your wireless router or access point.
- Don’t place the computer, printer, or wireless router or access point near microwaves, cordless telephones, or other sources of wireless interference.
- If your wireless router or access point and the printer are located next to each other, you can try connecting them with an ethernet cable.
