Q:
When I use Acrobat Reader 9.0 or Acrobat Pro 8.0 (or later) on Mac OS X 10.5.4 (or later), the software does not recognize the auto duplexer. What should I do?
A:
Do the following:

  1. Start your Acrobat software, open the File menu, and select Page Setup.


  2. In the Format For window, select EPSON Artisan 800.


  3. In the Paper Size window, select Letter and click OK.
