I copied a video file to my image viewer and it won’t play. What should I do?
A:
Make sure your video file is a supported file type and meets the specifications listed below. You may need to use a video file converter or analyzer utility to verify the actual file format used to create the file.

The viewer supports video files in resolutions ranging from 320 240 pixels to 720 576 pixels, with file sizes up to 2GB.
