After installing the USB Display Plug-in in Adobe Photoshop Elements, I can't see my image on my photo viewer when I try to open it from the welcome screen. What should I do?
A:
You will not be able to open your images if you are using USB Plug-in v.1.00 in Photoshop Elements 4.0 or 6.0. Go to the Drivers & Downloads page to get the latest version of the USB Display Plug-in.
