Yes. The Canon EOS 5D Mark II camera creates HD and SD movie files with specifications that exceed the Video CODEC limits on the Epson Photo Viewer. In order to view these videos, use the Epson Link2 software to convert both HD and SD files to playable video format. Then, copy the converted video to the Photo Viewer for playback.
