When a DVD is being played, the image sometimes gets scrambled or broken up. What should I do? |
A: |
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the DVD. Wipe gently in a straight line from the center of the disc toward the outside. If necessary, moisten the cloth with water, mild detergent, or rubbing alcohol. Avoid using abrasives, solvents, or other cleansers. |
