What should I do if I see the message Scanner Not Ready?
A:
Do the following:
  • If you’re using a USB connection, make sure your WorkForce is turned on and securely connected to your computer or USB hub.


  • If your WorkForce is connected to a USB hub, make sure it’s connected to a first tier hub (the hub closest to the host computer) when more than one hub is connected to the computer.


  • If you’re using a wired network (Ethernet) connection, make sure your WorkForce is turned on and securely connected to your computer.


  • See Configure Epson Scan Network Settings.


  • Try restarting your computer.
