What should I do if I see the message Scanner Not Ready? |

Do the following: - If you’re using a USB connection, make sure your WorkForce is turned on and securely connected to your computer or USB hub.
- If your WorkForce is connected to a USB hub, make sure it’s connected to a first tier hub (the hub closest to the host computer) when more than one hub is connected to the computer.
- If you’re using a wired network (Ethernet) connection, make sure your WorkForce is turned on and securely connected to your computer.
- See Configure Epson Scan Network Settings.
- Try restarting your computer.
