Q:
I am trying to scan from the control panel, but I can't Scan to PC, Email, or PDF. What should I do?
A:
Before using this feature, make sure you’ve connected your all-in-one to your computer using a USB cable. (You cannot use the Push to Scan feature over a network.) You’ll also need to download and install the Event Manager Utility - USB v2.0 epson12754.exe from the Drivers and Downloads page for your product before you’ll be able to access Epson Scan from the control panel.
