Q:
How do I connect the memory card reader in the WorkForce to my Macintosh over a network connection?
A:
Do the following:

  1. From the menu bar, click Go then Connect to Server.


  2. In the Server Address box, enter smb://printername (printername is the name you wrote down when you obtained the printer name and ip address).


  3. Click Connect.


  4. If prompted, do not enter a password; just click Connect.


    5. Note: A memory card window should appear on your screen. If you close the window, you will need to repeat steps 1 through 4 to reconnect the memory card reader.
