Q:
When using Presto BizCard to scan business cards, the image is truncated or cut off and I have to manually change the scanning area width to 2.20 inches and height to 3.60 inches for portrait mode. Why is this?
A:
The scanner loads and scans your originals in portrait orientation but BizCard's default scanning area is landscape; 3.60″(W) x 2.20″(H).
