Q:
When printing a fine line using the Single Weight Matte (line drawing) or Plain Paper (line drawing), the line becomes dashed or jagged. What should I do?
A:
Turn off the High Speed setting in the printer software:

  1. On the Main tab, select the media type you are using.


  2. For Print Quality, select Quality Options.


  3. Remove the check from the High Speed setting.


  4. Click OK.


  5. If necessary, adjust other settings and resend the print job.
Note: Unchecking High Speed improves the print quality but increases print time.
