What should I do if I see the message No photos could be recognized. Make sure photos are positioned correctly?
A:
Make sure the scan bed glass is clean and your photos are positioned correctly on the scanner glass.
  1. Open the document cover.



  2. Place your original photo face-down on the scanner glass with the top facing into the front right corner.



  3. Close the document cover gently to keep your document in place.
