Q:
I can't get the Status Monitor to work over my wireless network. What should I do?
A:
Make sure your printer is connected to the network wirelessly. If the printer is set up as a shared printer, Status Monitor will not work and is not supported. Also avoid any electrical interference from the printer to the router (such as lights, a fan, a microwave, or appliances).
