Q:
Printing and scanning seems slow on my WorkForce when I use a wireless connection (router or access point). What should I do?
A:
Check the following:

  • Try moving the computer and WorkForce closer to your wireless router or access point.


  • Don’t place the computer, WorkForce, or wireless access point near microwaves, cordless telephones, or other sources of wireless interference.


  • If your wireless router or access point and the WorkForce are located next to each other, you can try connecting them with an ethernet cable.
