What should I do if my all-in-one doesn't detect my photos placed on the scan bed when I use the copy function on the control panel? |

Check the following: - Make sure the scan bed glass is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
- Make sure the photos are placed on the scan bed correctly. See Place Originals for Copying or Scanning.
- When copying two photos at the same time, place them at least 1/4 inch (5 mm) apart as shown below.
