Epson Artisan 810 All-in-One Printer

Selected FAQ

Q:
How do I reduce the problem of red eyes in my photos?
A:
You can select the Fix Red-Eye setting in the printer software (Windows or Macintosh) or on the all-in-one’s control panel. See the instructions below.

Windows

Select the Fix Red-Eye setting on the Main tab of the printer software before you print.

Macintosh

Select the Extensions Settings menu in the printer software, then select Fix Red-Eye.

Note: This setting affects only the current application from which you are printing.

Control Panel

To select the setting on the all-in-one’s control panel, see Photo Mode Photo Adjustments or the PictBridge Setup Photo Adjustments settings in Print From a Camera. When you select the setting on the control panel, the option will affect only images printed from a memory card, an external storage device, a connected digital camera or a Bluetooth device.

The control panel setting remains in effect until you change it and applies to all selected photos only when printed. It does not change your original image files, and the change will not appear on the LCD screen.

Note: Due to the complexity and nature of some photographs, not all images can be corrected. If the printer’s Fix Red-Eye setting does not fix the photo, you’ll need to use a software application to fix the photo.
