The tool bar could be turned off. To turn it on, open your browser and select View > Toolbars > EPSON Web-to-page.

Note: This utility is supported on Windows 2000 and Windows XP and requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 through version 6 (not necessary with Internet Explorer 7 or later).
