I cannot get Status Monitor to work over my wireless network. What should I do? |

Make sure your all-in-one is connected to the network wirelessly. If it is set up as a shared printer, Status Monitor will not work and is not supported. Also avoid any electrical interference from the all-in-one to the router (such as lights, fans, microwaves, and appliances). |
