Q: |
I upgraded my system software to Snow Leopard Mac OS X 10.6.x. Now the duplexer option is no longer available in the printer software. What should I do? |
A: |
Try the following: - Turn off the printer.
- From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.
- Click Print & Fax.
- If necessary, click once on your printer’s name in the Printer list. (You don’t need to do this if only one printer driver is installed).
- Click the
button to remove the printer from the Printers list, then click OK.
- Turn on the printer. Your Mac will add the printer automatically and the duplexer option will now be available in the printer software.
