Q:
I upgraded my system software to Snow Leopard Mac OS X 10.6.x. Now the duplexer option is no longer available in the printer software. What should I do?
A:
Try the following:
  1. Turn off the printer.


  2. From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.


  3. Click Print & Fax.


  4. If necessary, click once on your printer’s name in the Printer list. (You don’t need to do this if only one printer driver is installed).


  5. Click the button to remove the printer from the Printers list, then click OK.


  6. Turn on the printer. Your Mac will add the printer automatically and the duplexer option will now be available in the printer software.
