Why doesn’t the projector show up in the EMP Monitor window?
Try the following:
  • Make sure that you’ve connected the projector to the network and configured it correctly; see Connecting to a wired Network. Also, make sure you’ve registered the projector with EMP Monitor; see Registering and deleting projectors for monitoring.

  • Make sure Standby Mode is set to Communication ON in the projector’s configuration menu.

  • If the computer you are using is running Windows XP, Vista, or 2000, you must be logged in as the Administrator.

  • Try restarting your computer.
