Q:
I installed a photo cartridge, but an error message says that it is not the initial cartridge. Why is this?
A:
For the first cartridge, you must install the photo cartridge that comes in the box with your PictureMate. If you purchased additional PictureMate 200/300 Series Print Packs, use these photo cartridges only as replacements.
