The Advanced B&W Photo setting is grayed out in my printer driver. What should I do? |
A: |
The Advanced B&W setting is dependent on which black ink cartridge is selected. When the photo black ink cartridge is selected, the Advanced B&W function is available only for glossy media types. When the matte black ink cartridge is selected, the Advanced B&W function is available only for matte media types. |
