The Adobe Photoshop Elements disc that comes with the scanner isn’t recognized by my computer, or it appears to be blank. What should I do? |

Since the Adobe Photoshop Elements disc that comes with the scanner is a DVD, make sure you are using a DVD drive to read the disc. The disc will not work in a CD drive. |
