Q:
The message Not Supported is displayed. What’s wrong?
A:
Try the following:
  • Make sure your computer’s resolution doesn’t exceed the frequency or refresh rate supported by the projector. See Compatible Video Formats.

  • Make sure the correct Video Signal is selected in the Signal menu. It should normally be set to Auto, unless you are using a 60-Hz PAL system (select PAL60). See Adjusting Signal Settings.
