What should I do if I see a Scanner Not Ready message?
A:
Make sure your EPSON CX3200 is turned on and securely connected to your computer or USB hub. Check to make sure the scanner lock is unlocked. If your EPSON CX3200 is connected to a USB hub, make sure it's connected to a first tier hub. The first tier hub is the hub closest to the host computer, if more than one hub is connected to the computer.

If you're using the EPSON TWAIN software, make sure you select EPSON CX3200 as your TWAIN source. Try restarting your computer. Make sure you turn on the EPSON CX3200 before you turn on your computer.
