Selected FAQ

When External Flash is selected in the camera menu and the camera is connected to a computer, using Image Expert to control the camera, clicking on the Flash button returns an error message, "A communication error occurred with the camera. Please check that the camera is properly connected and turned on".
Click the OK button in the message box to clear the message. You can continue operation of the camera. This message does not affect or inhibit any of the camera or external flash functions.
