Q:
Why can't my software find the camera?
A:
If the software is not finding the camera, the serial port you are using to connect the PhotoPC 500 may be disabled or may not be working properly. Try connecting the camera to the port that is normally used for your serial mouse. If the software finds the PhotoPC 500 while connected to the mouse port, the other serial port may be disabled or may need to be looked at by a servicer. If the port is disabled, change the setting to enable the port. Please refer to your system's User's Guide for more information on how to change the port setting.
