I have a Macintosh and get errors trying to open folders on my hard drive that have video clips with Image Expert.
A:
If this error occurs, you should use EPSON Downloader or Epson Photo!3 to download and view your video clips instead of Image Expert. You can also use your QuickTime player to play back video clips.
