The ZIP drive is not seen by my Macintosh. I have an APS external drive with Anubis Mounter APT40. They state it is compatible with the Iomega ZIP drive. What's wrong? |

Start the Macintosh without the Anubis driver. The ZIP drive should then be mounted and working fine. Please contact Anubis for assistance with their drivers. The phone number for Charismac Engineering (Anubis) is 1-916-885-4420. |
