Q:
I can't access my ZIP Tools disk in Windows 95. It has a password on it. How do I remove the password?
A:
When using Windows 95 with the ZIP drive, the ZIP Tools disk is write-protected and contains Macintosh files that are now not usable. To remove the write-protection you must "reclaim" the Tools disk for use. Go to My Computer, open the Hard drive icon, open the Tools 95 folder, and run the Reclaim utility. This information is found in your User's Guide on page 9.
